Can't add a playlist

My Question or Issue

 Hello everybody, 

It seems that I can't add a playlist to my library unless I delete another one...is it because of the 10000 limit? I don't have any clue about the reason why this is happening, and I really don't know how much stuff I have in my library (a lot of stuff, for sure). Has anyone had or is still having the same problem? Thanks a lot

Our current limit is 10,000 for download, verify that you have enough space on your device to have so many songs downloaded in offline mode

Thank you very much for your reply, but I have another kind of problem: it's not about downloaded files but just about saved playlists...I have a lot of playlists that I just stream without downloading and I was wondering if the 10000 limit is just for the downloaded files or (as I suppose) for every track I put in my playlists.
