Can't change playlist image

I have several playlists but for one I cannot change the old image I uploaded once. If I pick a new image, it loads and shows the new image. When I then click away from that playlist and back, then the old image is shown again. Restarted the client, tried several different times, renamed the file etc. Doesn't work. It shows the new image but it doesn't keep it. Even if I just remove the old image without uploading a new one, the old one is right back once I click around and back to that playlist.

The playlist is not published. I just use it for myself. It has 0 followers, some hundred songs in it. Also no error when I want to change the image. It has the right format and it shows that saving process.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
