Can't change songs (PREMIUM USER *(since 4-5years lol)*)

Hello,

i have a weird issue.
It looks like Spotify has a problem with Windows 10 Pro 64bit.
I changed a song using my keyboard media buttons (Wooting ONE) and it started skipping all my songs. I mean it went from the top to the bottom skipping songs like crazy... then it stopped and only one song is playing. I can't change any playlist, i can't skip the song nothing. I also closed Spotify and started it again.

How i know that something is wrong with Windows (and Spotify) is because that top left "box" is showing the title etc the whole time. It doesn't go away, it's there the whole time showing me the current song and my volume (windows 10 feature).
It should fade out after some time but it doesn't fade out...

There is a issue between Spotify and Windows 10.
It even shows when I'm playing a game...
