Can't connect to the spotify servers

Hello there,

My problem is, that i can't connect to the spotify servers. This problem same to desktop application, to android app (same network via wifi) and to spotify web player (tried with 3 browsers). At this moment i live in the university dormitory, and of course they have their own network, and they also block P2P network.
Although I found old news about spotify, that they refused P2P network and so on, but anyway it's didn't helps me.

The only one way which allows me to use spotify, it's use 4G/3G on my phone or to use VPN under dormitory network.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem ?

That's quite interesting..

Since you can use Spotify over VPN, then it means there's some network restriction put in place by the admins for some reason. Something is likely blocking Spotify-related traffic.

Is this a recent issue?
Also, do you know anyone else in the dorm that use Spotify? (so you could see if they also have issues with that)
