Can't hide Recently Played Artists

My Question or Issue

My Recently Played Artists are publicly available on my profile, even when I select to hide that part of my profile (Every slider under the "Social" part of the settings on my account is grayed out). I've tried to reinstall Spotify, signing out on all accounts, and changing the slider back and forth to see if it would update.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if you get the same behavior if you're using a different device?
