Can't listen some artists on PC

My Question or Issue

I discover new artists and I just want to listen and add them to my playlist, but the songs doesn't play, even if I play an album if I pass to next song I can see it's changed but I can't listen. If i try to add to my playlist I got the right message say it's added but when I go to my playlist nothing was added. The artist is Monetochka, I try with other artists and everything it's okay.
