Can't listen to Japanese artists?

My Question or Issue

I've been searching wide and far for a solution for this and I just can't find anything, or nothing fixes the issue. I can't listen to (over 85%) of any Japanese artists I like. I've been uninstalling, re-installing, cleaning the files, trying other Spotify menthods (Pc, Mobile, Browser) and nothing works, all of the songs I like, are not playable. Same goes for various other genres and artists. (Such as Game OST and single songs here and there)

And yes, like mentioned earlier, I've been trying out ALL of the solutions which I've been found, even the tips and tricks by Spotify's offical mods.

Spotify would love to have all the world’s music available to everyone. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. Songs availability on Spotify depends on the artists and the labels.
