Can't login with Facebook or Username/PW

My Question or Issue

 Originally I had an error 4 problem whereby when i opened Spotify I was always offline. So i couldn't search, acccess settings, play tracks.

I looked for solutions online (including this forum), tried several things such as reinstalling. When I reinstalled I logged out and now I can't even log in.

Specifally when I click on Facebook login, I get a moment where something seems to be happening but it just goes to the last page I had open in explorer and I don't get access to Spotify. When I try and ogin using email and password, when I click the login but the page freezes and the only way to stop is to exit the app.

Just to confirm, are you logged in to Facebook before launching Spotify? If so, Spotify should validate your information and log you in automatically. Otherwise, a pop-up should ask you to enter your Facebook log in details.

Also, make sure there aren't other Facebook profiles logged in the same desktop before you try to log in again.

About logging in with your email address and password, I suggest trying to reset the password by typing your email address to see if there's an account linked to it.
