Can't login

My Question or Issue

 I can't seem to login to my account on Desktop. 

I type in my correct password, but the login button goes dark when i press it and it just stays that way forever.

The "login with facebook" is no used either. 

Already tried reinstalling,

When you created your account, did you use Facebook to do so?

Maybe it is a problem with your browser. Try restarting your computer maybe. Usually when I have problems like this it is with the computer, not the website. If that doesnt seem to work, I would try contacting spotify. Maybe your account was accidenlty closed.

I did not, but i synced it later on. In fact, i subscribed to premium before linking it.

But maybe you missinterpreted what it meant.

My web browser works fine. My desktop application does not.

I thought it was some kind of DLL problem, but everyone that has those seem to get an error message.

My buttons simply go dark and the screen freezes at login

When you removed the application, did you make sure there were no files left in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify before installing it again?

Hey, just uninstalled it again and checked it. The file named "Spotify" is completely empty.
