My Question or Issue
I've been experiencing this issue for a long duration of time, everytime i want to play songs by Daft Punk on my W10 desktop computer it says it can't play the content and could be imported..
Is there any fix so i can actually play my all time favourite songs? 😞
Hey @mKaaru, welcome to the Community!
That doesn't sound cool.
Could you try removing all offline devices here. You'll need to download all your tracks again, but it should help.
Let me know how it goes!
Unfortunately that didn't work. After scouring the forums i came across posts from other users with the exact same problem, i removed the software and reinstalled it using the client from Windows Store. and now it's playing all Daft Punk content 🙂
Hey @mKaaru, I'm glad you found the right solution!
Enjoy!

Hey you're link doesn't work anymore but I need to try the same resolution path. Can you relink it?
Hey @Greengecko27,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.
The previous link is not working anymore because the process has changed a bit since recent updates. But you don't have to worry, you can check how to remove your downloads checking the process at the bottom of this article.
In case you have an issue with it, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can check your account and help you delete those devices since we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community.
It's also a good idea following the process mentioned by @mKaaru performing a clean reinstall and downloading the app from the Microsoft Store.
Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.
Hey there you, Yeah, you! 😁 Welcome - we're glad you joined the Spotify Community! While you here, let's have a fun game…
