Can't play a song in one account

My Question or Issue

so I tried to play songs through Spotify on my PC, but the song didn't want to start, after that I tried playing a few other songs but still the same, finally I tried to log in with another account and finally be able to play the song. what happens?

That doesn't look cool.

Have you tried to clear your browser cache/cookies to see if you can play the songs on your main account after that?

Still not working. And by the way all my playlist is empty too.

You're using the desktop app, right?
