My Question or Issue

Sooo, yesterday my spotify suddenly stopped working on BOTH my laptop and my phone. I thought it was my account, so I tried with another one but it didn't work either.

When I start to play a song, it says "spotify can't play this right now, if you have the file on your computer you can import it" and that's all. The weirdest thing about it is that it works on my playstation but not on my phone or laptop !

I tried

-To delete the local-files : %appdata% > roaming > Spotify > User > Your Account Name > Local-Files.

-Delete the 0.0.0.0 weblb-wg.gslb.spotify.com0.0.0.0 things in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc BUT there was none

And of course to delete spotify and reinstall older/recents version but nothing works

I'm very attached to spotify I have so many good songs for years on it I don't want to use another app like deezer 😕

(Sorry for my grammar mistakes)

I got the same issue for my desktop player (Windows 10 all patched and updated).

But it works on my Android phone.

Tried both the download-exe and the Windows store app.

Yesterday with the downloaded exe, the songs just skipped to the next without any sound.

Today with the Windows Store app, I get the blue message above.
