Can't play at all a song on desktop app or web browser

 I've recently encountered the problem that I can't play at all songs on the deskop app or the web player, it shows me a blank cover when I try to play a song. I still can play the songs I previously listened to and it perfectly works on mobile, but I can't play a song on desktop by using the phone as remote. Some help would be nice please, thanks

thanks for reaching out to the community !

Thanks for sharing that the app works fine on mobile, therfore our focus should be only on your PC.

Please unisntall the Spotify app installed on your devices.

Check you Win Update feature to make sure your PC is updated proprely.

After all that had been done succesfully, reinstall a new copy of the Spotify app and see if it helps.
