Can't play certain songs anymore or at all

My Question or Issue

So there are certain songs listed that are grayed out and are unable to play. Most of them I was never able to play. 

For example, there are a number of songs unable to be played on the Shrek soundtrack... However, there was this one song on there called You Belong To Me by Jason Wade and I used to be able to play that all the time just a couple months ago. Now it is grayed out as well.

In the newly released album from Avi Kaplan, the day it was released I went to look and listen to the songs. But when I went to play them, most of them were grayed out.

Is there a reason for this? How do I fix it?
