Can't play songs, playlists gone

Hello, 

I opened up my spotify to see that none of my songs in my playlists are there anymore. If I try to search a song to play, it won't play. Web browser player won't work. All my songs appear on my iPhone and play just fine. 

I've tried the following: 

- Clean reinstall

- Web Browser Player in different browsers

- Windows 10 version and desktop version both reinstalled

I am a premium user running Windows 10 Home on my PC. Thanks
