Can't remove local files

My Question or Issue

I'm unable to remove my local files from my "Liked Songs" playlist. I've tried turning on and off the local files boxes on Spotify Preferences, it didn't work. Then I tried deleting the local-files.bnk thing from my computer and it's gone from the computer itself but not from Spotify!

I don't know what else to do and I can't even listen to those local files because they're all gray and unavailable so they're just.. there.

If someone can PLEASE help me, I've been trying to get rid of those local files for months now and nothing works.

We're currently aware of an issue causing the behavior you describe. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. 

Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.
