Hey there. Can't see my friends feed. Checked preferences, the option is ticked "on". I recently uninstalled and re-installed. Didn't fix the problem. Then followed another advice on this forum to log out and sign in twice in a row. Didn't work. Please help.
+1 for exactly same issue.
Interestingly there are some friends that would automatically popped up on the lists (so I can see thier activity) if I clicked on "follows". But some friends would not even I clicked 'follows'.
Seems country does not really matter since I can follow some friends outside of my country.
It would be great if any can help to solve, thank you.
Hi. : )
I found the 'Right Sidebar' option under 'View' on the desktop client. See if that is enabled.
Another reason why it might have disappeared is they changed the minimum size of the window for the friend feed to be shown. Changing window size might do the trick as well.
Third possible cause: the app might have zoomed itself in after the update. Check the Zoom options in the menu.

Hi Sebasto,
Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunatelly I have already checked/tried
- 'View' - 'Right slidebar' is ticked
- Tried zoom in/out several times
- Uninstall/install spotify
I clicked on some friends to follow, and activities are shown on the right slidebar, yet some are not shown.
Now I am starting to think it's not this side driven, may be if a targeted friend has not been used Spotify for certain days - it would not be shown?
hmm..
I remember that users didn't appear in my Friend Feed when they have been passive for long enough.
So that could be the case indeed.
(FIXED)
I had the same problem. They need to update the Web application because this shouldn't be THAT much of an issue to fix. I uninstalled-reinstalled, had everything toggled on... that didn't help.
When i zoomed out 4 times, the side bar popped out and I could see the Friend Feed.
At the end of the day, I should be able to zoom in AND see the friend feed. Not that hard, SPOTIFY!
The Zoom out thing helped fixed my problem! Thanks so much for this suggestion:)
Zoom option resolved the problem
view>zoom out
