Cannot listen to a certain artist

My Question or Issue

For quite a while now I have not been able to listen to the artist While She Sleeps. They should be available in my region as I used to be able to listen to them and everyone else I know can when I try it on their devices. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify from my devices, and at one point I could listen when it wasn't installed on my phone at all, but since reinstalling it I am unable to listen again.

I get the error message (Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it)
