My Question or Issue
For some reason I cannot make music/playlists available for offline use on my desktop app. When I activate the download button nothing happens... I do have a good wifi connection and enough storage space on my notebook as well. I have no idea what the issue might be, because I never had such problems when using the spotify app on my phone.
I hope someone can help me with the problem, it would be greatly appreciated
Solved! Go to Solution.
I tried de- & reinstaling the app several times but nothing worked...
But i finally found the solution to the problem. Apparently my windows 10 version was out of date. So after sitting through a long update, it finally worked.
Thank you for your help anyhow 🙂
Hey @seliina,
Sorry to hear this!
I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
I'll see what I can suggest next 😊
