Cannot play songs from specific artist

My Question or Issue

I am unable to play the songs from a specific artist (in this case After the Burial). Whenever I try to play songs by them on my laptop I get the message 'We can't play this until you allow this artist in the Spotify phone app.' I then go to the Spotify app on my phone (Sony Xperia XA1 (android)) and am met with the 'This song is not available' error.

I just checked with one of my colleagues and he is able to play the songs just fine. It must be some setting that I setup somewhere by accident but I am unable to find where I can change this.

For some odd reason it started working just as I posted this. The one thing I did was clear the cache on my phone.
