Cannot "clear" album playing

My Question or Issue

I have been playing an album and it is now in the "queue". However I now want to play a podcast. Trying to play it fails. Adding it to the queue seems to work initially so it looks like it will play next but when the current song finishes it skips straight to the next one in the album and the podcast disappears from the queue. The album tracks are constantly on this queue and do not disappear (the Cleat Queue button is not even visible). What the **bleep** is going on? Really badly designed
