Cant access main Playlist on Desktop, ok on iPhone

My Question or Issue

On my PC I cant access my main playlist, I keep getting the 'Something went wrong' message 'Try reloading the page', when I click reload it happens again, but only with that playlist, and its fine on iPhone.

 

I deleted and re-installed and when I try and use 'SpotMyBackup' it doesnt bring through the songs in that playlist to the json file.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we recommend logging out from your account, restarting your computer, and logging back in again once the computer is on. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

 

On another note, can you confirm you followed the steps in this article to perform a clean (more thorough) reinstall? By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience.

 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if this is happening on a different computer? It’d be awesome if you could check. You can ask for the computer of a relative or a friend to open your account and check.
