Cant get rid of old local files in liked songs

Cant get rid of old local files in liked songs

When using my local files I used to have a few songs added to a playlist that was not on spotify, I also had these in the liked these songs so that they appeared in the liked songs playlist.

I have removed these files from the local files and my computer, however they are still appearing greyed out in the liked songs playlist when I add other songs that I like.

I have tried uninstalling spotify and reinstalling on all my devices, and also completly deleting the files from the liked song playlist by clicking on them and pressing delete.  When doing this they flash but then return as if they are cached somewhere,  I have also tried clicking on the heart button next to the songs but it wont let me unlike them.  I have reserached this forum for answers one of which includes uninstalling - reinistalling the app and also to delete the local files.  I have tried all of these but yet the songs flash and come back.  If I do a complete reinstall it will let me press the delete key to remove them, only for them to come back when I add other songs to this playlist.  I am at a loss what to do next, any other advice on getting rid of them appreciated as I believe I have reserached everything and tried everything to get rid of them.    Any other ideas from anyone please
