Cant listen Music on Desktop Client but im able on Smartphone

My Question or Issue

I can't listen to the following title via the desktop client of Spotify:
Kaan, Snoop Dogg, Eleni Foureira - Sirens - Radio Edit

It's grayed out.

The strange thing is: On my smartphone I can listen to this song without any problems. Why is that? Windows is newly installed the cache should be no problem.

That seems strange. Did you have the song stored as a local file before you had a fresh install of Windows running? Because its possible that before you had the fresh install, you had the track on your desktop, downloaded it to your phone, and lost the track on you desktop when you did the fresh install. That's probably why your phone is still able to play it.
