Cant play music and playlists suddenly became empty

My Question or Issue

 Hi, i have a problem with the desktop app. It basically turned out to be useless due to this big bug (IMO): i cant play any music and all my playlists (either created by me and not) are empty. I tried to reboot the router, clean install, reboot pc and so on but nothing worked. My account is still working like a charm on my other devices. I think is a dll problem or something like that because when i shut it down while shutting down my pc its says an error and once in a while it would not open as it says that "the spotify application can not open"

Any ideas on how to solve this?
