My Question or Issue

Hi,

My Spotify recently doesn't display any information on my playlists or any public playlists on my PC. As well as this, I can't play any music except my local files. However, my Spotify on the same account works on my phone with no issue. This is also the issue on the Web Player.

This PC is shared with another person, so I'm not sure if my account may have been banned? If so I don't know why my phone allows me to use Spotify on the same account. 

 

I have uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted my PC and modem, used the web player and switched between the Windows 10 store version and downloading from the site and the issue doesn't seem to fix.

 

Is there a solution to this so that Spotify on my PC can work? Thanks

Hey @automatr1kz, help's here. 

 

First, make sure you're logged in on the right account. Log out from your devices and log back in with the same login details. 

 

If that doesn't work, we suggest that you check out this Spotify Answer and follow the steps. That'll hopefully solve it.
