Cant play songs in windows client "until allowed in Spotify phone app"

My Question or Issue

I get the message "We cant play this until you allow this artist in the Spotify phone app". I had Spotify installed on Android and never blocked any artist. Now i dont even have spotify on my phone so how can I allow any artist? 😄

I have same issue. Spotify from nowhere thinks there is artist blocked in phone app. But there is one twist, phone app doesn't have ability to block artist.

after 4 years of paying for premium I cant play a lot of my favourite artists and cant find any solution... I guess its time to move on to another streaming platform
