Certain Podcasts will not play on Desktop, no issue on phone.

My Question or Issue

A handful of Podcasts are not playing on desktop, despite having no issues playing from a phone. "The Dave Ramsey Show", and "Hold These Truths with Dan Crenshaw" are two of the ones that appear to be frozen while "The Joe Rogan Experience" and the "This is Important" play without issue.

Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall on your PC to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. Also, make sure to download the app again from the Microsoft Store.

If this doesn't do the trick, we recommend trying it again using a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference.
