Chrome Web player redirects to home page

Using Windows 10, when I click a link or go to an open.spotify URL the web player opens, then redirects me to Spotify home. None of the troubleshooting tips I've found help.

- Protected content is allowed (upon request)

- It works fine in Firefox

- Ad Blocker is disabled for Spotify

Any ideas?

Thank you for posting your question to the Community, and welcome!

First off, we suggest you clear the cache and cookies from your browser. Also, it's worth disabling your Firewall momentarily and see if the Web Player opens. 

If this doesn't do the trick, let us know which is the browser that is not working, since you mention that Firefox works fine.
