Clean reinstall solves issue but it keep happenning again after a while

My Question or Issue

Having issue with some song that I searched not playing. Also the playlist that I follow will not get updated when the issue happens (I know because I can see new songs in the playlist on my iphone but not on my desktop). Sure enough when I try uninstall and reinstall Spotify it solves the issue, but after a while the issue will happen again. Having no issue with my Iphone app. Very inconvenient for me to keep on reinstalling my spotify just to play a song as it happens quite frequently. Any other recommendation or fixes without the need to keep on doing clean reinstall?
