My Question or Issue

my language on pc is italian.

When i say"hey cortana play x(song)" it opens the web page, instead of playng the song.

i have installed spotify by microsoft store and matched it with spotify correctly following a microsoft agent' steps. then following the agent' suggestings i made a clear restart of the pc disabling every non-microsoft service including my antivirus (kaspersky), but not solved.

So the microsoft agent stated that the problem is not about windows but probably on spotify and redirected me to ask here. i didn't found an italian section of community so i wrote here.
