Couldn't play a song . It is 'spotify can't play this right now......'

it is playing the song at all. It throwing a popup message like 'spotify can not play this right now .If you have the file on your computer you can import it'.

Could you let us know the following:

• Your device's OS version.
• The version of Spotify you're running.
• The troubleshooting you've done so far so we avoid repeating the steps.

Does that happen with all songs on Spotify or with just specific ones? Could you share the URLs so we can have a look?

You can also check your Sample rate in the sound settings for your device and make sure it isn't set to higher than 192 kHz.
