Current song is indicated wrongly when playing randomly / shuffle

When I click on the left bottom album cover, it indicates the wrong song - not the song which is playing. 

Usually, eg. if I play the "third" song since I have started to play the playlist, which is of course not the third playing song of the playlist when playing randomly (of course coincidentally it could be), it indicates "highlights" the third song from top of the playlist, because Spotify Windows App believes the third song is running. Indeed any song is playing, which is shown correctly with green color.

I have already deinstalled Spotify and newly installed. Same problem.

Any idea how to fix?

I believe I'm experience the same issue, but it doesn't seem to be dependent on shuffle. Here's a video showing it:
