I use Spotify on Windows 10, and only have a free account at the moment. But as the title says, the Daily playlists don't show up, autoplay doesn't work even if I have it enabled, and I can't see the Friend Activity. (it says "Hmm, the Friend Feed failed to load.")
I've tried restarting my computer, and uninstalling+reinstalling Spotify. Interestingly enough, when I reinstall it everything works, until I close Spotify. Then the next time I launch it all the above features don't work, so the only way for me to have all the features is to reinstall Spotify everytime I close it.
Hi I have the same issue on Windows 10 and I'm a premium user. I don't know what's going on. I uninstall then reinstall and everything's fine but once I close the app, the next time I open Spotify I'm greeted with the friend feed failed to load warning. Please help
More of the same here... reinstall works until you restart.
If nothing else works, try downloading an older version of the app onto your computer. I switched mine back to the version from September 2017 and it seems to be working just fine now. This is the link I used for Mac downloads: https://spotify.en.uptodown.com/mac/old ! Hopefully it helps!
Windows 8 premium user here having the same issue. Reinstalling the app works for once, but once the PC restarts it doesnt work anymore. ://
This actually worked! I tried some of the more recent previous version, but they didn't work, so I followed your advice and found a September 2017 version (1.0.64.399) and it seems to work beautifully! The older layout is a bit weird, but I prefer this and having the actual features work lol. Windows versions are found here: https://spotify.en.uptodown.com/windows/old
