De downloadknop voor muziek werkt niet op mijn windows laptop.

My Question or Issue

 Ik probeer nu al een tijdje om op mijn nieuwe laptop muziek van mijn afspeellijsten te downloaden. Maar als ik tik op de downloadknop dat gebeurd er niks. Dit geldt alleen voor de afspeellijsten die ik zelf heb gemaakt, bij spotify afspeellijsten doet die knop het wel. Terwijl ik wel genoeg geheugen heb, en maar op 2 andere apperaten downloads heb. Ik heb zelf al op internet gezocht naar een oplossing maar kan die totaal niet vinden. Daarom probeer ik het nu maar op deze manier.

Thanks for sending that video. Could you try downloading the songs by using the toggle bar near the top-right corner of the app? 

If that still doesn't work, would you mind performing a clean reinstall by following the steps outlined here?

Could you also provide us with the Spotify app version you're using? You can find this in the three-dots menu (top-left corner) > Help > About Spotify.
