Deleted playlist still on follower's profile

I deleted a playlist a while back, but it still appears on the playlist follower's profile (and I really DON'T want this person to be able to see it). I've tried restoring it, changing it to secret, then deleting it again -but it didn't work.

Hey @thalitaiha Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Playlist are saved on Spotify Servers, the only soultions is to make it a secert or delete all the songs that are on that playlist.  However, if you delete all the song the follower will still see the playlist but it will be blank.
