Desktop App - BT not fully supported

Hello Support Team,

The Spotify App on my desktop doesn't fully support Bluetooth. When Spotify App isn't on top of other windows, software, browser, etc. on my laptop (when it's reduced to task bar), my headset BT controls don't work...

I cannot have Spotify on top at all times. I need both my screens to work with different windows, etc., and am always in a hurry and overloaded with work. I don't have time to waste. I just want to be able to use the desktop app with my headset without having to expand the app on top everytime I want to change track, play/pause, etc. It's such a shame since I pay good money for Spotify. I know you can fix this!
