My Question or Issue

Every time I use spotify on PC the music will eventually just stop playing and the only way for me to get it working again is to go into task manager, end task, and restart the app (which is incredibly annoying whilst playing a game, etc). Skipping songs, starting new songs and fast forwarding to certain parts of songs all seem to cause the issue to happen but it can also occur by random. Another issue I have is that spotify does not allow you to choose you're audio device unless you type in the following prompt into properties: --enable-audio-graph , so it would be great if that was enabled without the extra script too.

Hey there @ryandonnelly13,

Sorry to hear you're having an issue.

Spotify crashing, skipping or stopping might be caused by out of date driver or OS.

I'd suggest the following:

1. reach your account page online and click "Sign Out Everywhere"

2.Uninstall Spotify on you device.

3. Run Win update + audio drivers update or even reinstall them.

4. download Spotify again to make sure you have the latest version.

Let me know how you did 😃

I’ve already tried all of this and I’ve looked into the issue online and from what I’ve seen it’s an issue with the app.
