Desktop App not syncing saved songs that I add to (Your Library/Songs/) from my phone or laptop

My Question or Issue

 I will save (click the +) songs on my phone and laptop. These songs sync and are shown on the phone or laptop, but I can not see them on the desktop. If I add a song from the desktop app, I can see it on the phone and laptop. I tried logging out and back in. I tried loggin out, closing the app completely, and then logging in. None of it worked. Eventually I just reinstalled and then the songs up to that point showed up. But now if I add more songs, I get the same issues. I don't want to keep on reinstalling, help

No solution or official answer in 3 weeks . I cancelled right now my premium subscription. It's time to try Apple Music...
