Desktop Daily Mix Issue "not available offline"

I've seen a couple posts similar, but none with a fix.....I can get daily mix on the ios app, but when I type it into the search bar on the desktop version and click daily mix it gives me the message, "your daily mix is not available offline. Please go online to load."

Desktop version is up to date. Have tried uninstalling and re-installing. YES I am definitely online and am NOT in a private session.

Switching to a google phone in the near future and was trying to switch away from apple music.  thus far, spotify has been a nightmare but it integrates a lot more nicely than apple music would.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with this. What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you running? 

If you haven't already done so, try a clean reinstall to see if it helps 🙂

Laptop. Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1607 and I beolive this is the spotify version 

1.0.85.257.g0f8531bd and yes, I have tried a clean install.
