[Desktop][Playlists] can not play right now

I get often the message "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it".

And the Spotify Connect plays it after all without any issue then

Thanks for your post!

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.  If your PC's OS is Windows, we suggest that you try downloading the app again from the Microsoft Store. 

If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you head over to your app's settings and make sure "Hardware Acceleration" is disabled.
