Desktop Spotify can't play any songs (mobile works)

Plan - Premium

 

Country - US

 

Devices - iPhone 10s (works perfectly fine, has all songs) and Windows (doesn't work)

Operating Systems - (iOS 12.1.4, Windows 10,)

 

My Issue - The desktop version of my Spotify randomly stopped working, I can't play any music at all through the app or the web player. No songs are appearing in my playlists and saved music but everything is there on my phone, I've reinstalled many times, deleted cache restarted my PC, logged in and out, logged out of all devices, restarted my router, and a bunch of other things I can't even remember. I have no clue why it just randomly stopped working on my PC but works perfectly on my mobile device. When I go into the songs section it shows a message that says "Your favorite songs will appear here." as if I haven't added any songs yet, and on my phone, it's still there.
