[Desktop][Your Library] ALL my liked music in library has gone

I just found that all my liked music in library disappeared, and I can't add any of songs into it.but the weird thing is after i downloaded the spotify mobile app,i can find my liked songs in the library.So what the heck is going on ...i just tried everything i can find that they posted on the internet , and still the same. like clean installation etc. I have another account , and  I can't add any of the songs into the liked songs,either.anyone can help?the spotify version  i use is 1.1.37.690.g8f3b16fc (Microsoft Store version).
