Desktop account not working properly!

Hi, 

I would really like an answer please from a human... I have a Premium account with 1 extra person as a member, when I use my main login I get a watered down version that does not include..

But when I login with the added member of the account its works correctly...

Here is a video showing you what happens... Same system, same premium account just total different features and the main account, the one I pay with... has less functionality and information than a free account!!!

Can someone please provide me with some sanity and stop telling me that its spotify 'trying new things'
