Desktop app (windows) takes forever to download playlists

Recently since the last update, the playlists are taking a long time to download, some of them with only a few musics take the entire day to download. I tested my internet and my connection is running normally at high speed. I thinked that reinstall spotify could resolve the problem, but if I do that I will lose all my offline data.
