Desktop does not see all my sonos speakers

Desktop does not see all my sonos speakers

My Windows 10 Spotify Desktop only sees one of my 3 Sonos speakers. The other two can be activated from the sonos App on my PC and also from spotify on my iPhone and iPad. The only software that does not show the two Sonos One is the Spotify Desktop application (even though it shows the Sonos soundbar)

Hey @SwissSuperman.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community about this. We're here to help 🙂

Have you tried pairing your three Sonos speakers so that they appear as one device under Connect? Or did you want to be able to listen to them separately?

If the former, you can sse the Sonos app to set them up for separate left and right channel output.

If the latter, then try resetting the third Sonos speaker. Also, make sure it's connected to the same Wi-Fi as the other two speakers and the device you're trying to play it from.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you're still having trouble, we' ll be here to help 🙂

Done several times but the result is the same

It has always been. The speaker that is not visible in the Desktop App is
nevertheless visible on all other devices (several iphones and android
devices). The only place that has a problem is the Sonos Desktop App.

Hey there @SwissSuperman,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

Just to confirm, is the Spotify app and the Sonos desktop app the only ones that can't find the last speaker?

If so, it's possible that the last speaker hasn't been set up properly. In that case, could you give it another try first with the Sonos app and see if that makes a difference for the Spotify app? You can find more details here.

Let us know how it goes 🙂
