Device not showing up to play music on

Just recently I can not play my music through my surround sound.  When I choose device - it is no loner showing up. I works through my phone. But I need it to work on the PC.  We have not changed anything it just stopped working and not longer a choice in the devices to choose from.  I attached a pic of what i see on my desktop.  It is only showing my iphone because i am trying to fix this.  I can not rely on playing this through my iphone as I use spotify everyday and my phone my not always be available - I need it to work on the PC.

 

When looking around it seems like I do not have premium but in my account (and as you can see below) I have premium.

If you start playing on your surround through your IPhone what happens to the connected devices shown on you pc?

Nothing. It will not transfer over to my PC

Does it show "Spotify Connect" or something else below the device name of your speakers on your Phone?
