My Question or Issue

I see this is marked as fixed but mine has not updated for 16 days now after previously working fine for years.  Have tried the suggested solutions and I'm not in a private session.  Any advice?

Let us know which suggested solutions you've already tried so we can offer you а more relevant advice.  

 

It's always a good idea to perform a clean reinstall of the app since this will ensure the cache is cleared. You can also try logging out everywhere and logging back in, so that your account can sync properly with the servers.
