Dislike Button not working in Playlist Radio

My Question or Issue

The dislike button in the playlist radio doesn't work at all. I click it and nothing happens. The like button and the menu buttons work just fine. I tried a fresh install and it didn't fix it. I've been having this issue for several months now. I'm able to dislike songs on mobile.

I have the same problem on both mac and pc. iPhone app does let you dislike a radio song.
