Does Spotify Premium work in Africa?

I am living in Zambia and traveling to other countries. If I pay for Spotify Premium but the country isn't on the list below, will it work?

Yeah, as long as you have an active premium subscription you can use it anywhere in the world, whether or not spotify is available in that country.
